TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your registration for and participation in the AI Skills to Pay the Bills™ National Rural Workforce Summit ("Summit"), hosted virtually on June 10, 2026 at https://summit.aiskillstopaythebills.com/. By registering for or attending the Summit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register or attend.
The Summit is organized and operated by Brillionaires LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"), the entity behind the AI Skills to Pay the Bills™ brand and the Brillionaire Ecosystem. Brillionaires LLC is located at 100 Hawthorn Street, Colonial Beach, VA 22443 and may be reached at [email protected].
RW Jones The Brillionaire® is the public-facing educator, strategist, and brand interface through whom Brillionaires LLC communicates, markets, and delivers the Summit. All legal obligations remain with Brillionaires LLC.
1. The Summit
The Summit is a virtual, live-streamed educational event delivered via Zoom Webinar. It is designed to connect workforce boards, AI consultants, institutional partners, and aspiring AI operators with information about the NSF TechAccess: AI-Ready America initiative and the AI Contract Skool™ operator pathway.
The Summit is not a degree-granting program, accredited course, or certified training. It is an educational and networking event. Participation does not guarantee placement in any workforce system, NSF hub, or operator network.
2. Registration and Eligibility
By registering, you represent that:
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• The information you provided during registration is accurate and complete.
• You have authority to register on behalf of any organization you represent.
• You will comply with these Terms throughout your participation.
Three registration tracks are available:
• Track 1 — Workforce boards, AJC operators, and ETPL providers: Free registration.
• Track 2 — AI consultants and aspiring operators: $47 registration fee (non-refundable except as described in Section 5).
• Track 3 — Institutional partners and funding-aligned organizations: Free registration; partnership conversations to follow post-Summit.
3. Conduct and Prohibited Uses
All registrants and attendees agree that they will not:
• Disrupt the Summit, harass other participants, or interfere with the delivery of any session.
• Record, copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly share any Summit content, sessions, demos, or materials without prior written permission from Brillionaires LLC.
• Use Summit materials or the AI Skills to Pay the Bills™ name, brand elements, or frameworks in any commercial context without written authorization.
• Misrepresent their affiliation with Brillionaires LLC, AI Skills to Pay the Bills™, or AI Contract Skool™ to any third party.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scraping software in connection with the Summit platform.
• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct in connection with registration or attendance.
Brillionaires LLC reserves the right to remove any attendee from the Summit without refund and without advance notice for any violation of these Terms or for conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful or disruptive.
4. Intellectual Property
All Summit content — including session recordings, slide decks, frameworks, the AI Skills to Pay the Bills™ curriculum, the NSF Readiness Kit, WI Agent demonstration materials, and any written or visual materials distributed in connection with the Summit — are the intellectual property of Brillionaires LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property law.
Attendees receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use Summit materials for their own professional development and internal organizational planning. This license does not permit commercial use, resale, redistribution, or reproduction of any Summit materials.
AI Contract Skool™, AI Skills to Pay the Bills™, The Brillionaire®, Brillionaires LLC, and related marks are registered or common-law trademarks of Brillionaires LLC. They may not be used without written authorization.
5. Fees, Payment, and Refund Policy
Track 2 registration requires a $47 fee, payable at the time of registration through our secure payment processor.
All fees are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:
• The Summit is cancelled by Brillionaires LLC and no substitute event is offered within 90 days.
• A material technical failure attributable to Brillionaires LLC prevents your participation and no reasonable remedy (such as recording access) is provided.
In all other circumstances — including personal scheduling conflicts, technology issues on your end, or changes to session content — no refunds will be issued. By registering, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

6. NSF References and Educational Disclaimers
The Summit includes discussion of the NSF TechAccess: AI-Ready America initiative (NSF 26-508). All NSF-related content is based on publicly available solicitation documents, official NSF webinar transcripts, and our independent analysis. Brillionaires LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of the National Science Foundation, the U.S. Department of Labor, USDA NIFA, or any other federal agency.
Information about NSF funding, hub selection rounds, deadlines, and eligibility requirements is provided for educational purposes only and may be subject to change. Attendees are responsible for independently verifying all information with the relevant federal agencies before taking any action.
The NSF Letter of Intent deadline referenced throughout Summit materials is June 16, 2026. Brillionaires LLC does not guarantee that attending this Summit will result in successful hub applications, operator placements, or funding awards of any kind.
7. Income and Earnings Disclaimer
The Summit discusses potential income opportunities in AI workforce development contracting. All income figures, contract values, and earnings references are illustrative examples based on publicly available workforce contract information and participant experiences. They are not guarantees of future earnings.
Individual results will vary based on experience, market conditions, geographic location, effort, and many other factors outside our control. Nothing in this AI Skills to Pay the Bills™ Summit or in AI Contract Skool™ constitutes a promise or guarantee of specific income or contract access.
8. Recordings and Media
The Summit may be recorded. By participating, you consent to being recorded in any Zoom session, including open Q&A, breakout rooms, and chat logs, to the extent technically captured.
Brillionaires LLC may use recordings of Summit sessions, including attendee comments and questions submitted in public chat, for educational, marketing, and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded or referenced, please do not participate in on-camera or public-facing portions of the event.
You may not record any portion of the Summit without our express prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Platforms
The Summit is delivered via Zoom Webinar and may utilize GoHighLevel (GHL) for registration, communications, and follow-up sequences. By registering, you agree to the applicable terms of service of these third-party platforms. Brillionaires LLC is not responsible for the performance, availability, or data practices of third-party services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Brillionaires LLC, RW Jones The Brillionaire®, and their respective officers, directors, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your participation in or inability to participate in the Summit.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Summit shall not exceed the amount you paid for Summit registration ($47 for Track 2 registrants; $0 for Tracks 1 and 3).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RW, Jones, the Brillionaire®, Brillionaires LLC and the Brillionaires Team from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your conduct during the Summit, or any misrepresentation you make in connection with your registration or participation.
12. Modification and Cancellation
Brillionaires LLC reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Summit at any time, including changes to agenda, speakers, session structure, or technology platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registrants of material changes via email.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued participation after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your Summit participation shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with proceedings conducted in Virginia. You waive the right to participate in any class action in connection with the Summit.
