• Usage data: IP address, browser type, session duration, page visits, and navigation behavior on our Summit website.
• Event participation data: attendance records, Q&A submissions, poll responses, and engagement with Summit materials.
Mobile Policy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
• To process your registration and confirm your Summit access.
• To send you Summit-related communications including confirmation, reminders, agenda updates, and the NSF Readiness Kit.
• To deliver the Summit and provide technical and logistical support.

Our Summit registration and communications infrastructure is hosted on GoHighLevel (GHL), a third-party SaaS platform. Your data may be stored through GHL's secure databases, protected by industry-standard encryption and firewalls.
Payment processing for Track 2 registrations complies with PCI-DSS standards, governed by the PCI Security Standards Council. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
• Service providers: Third-party vendors (including Zoom and GHL) who assist in operating the Summit, subject to confidentiality obligations.
• Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business transfer: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate protections.
We do not share your registration information with NSF, the U.S. Department of Labor, or any other government agency in connection with hub applications or workforce programs, unless you expressly authorize such sharing in a separate agreement.
5. Communications and Opt-Out
By registering for the Summit, you agree to receive:
• Transactional communications: Summit confirmation, logistics, and follow-up materials (these cannot be opted out of while your registration is active).
• Marketing communications: Information about AI Skills to Pay the Bills™ , AI Contract Skool™, future events, and Brillionaire Ecosystem programs.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at [email protected]. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional Summit communications.

7. Zoom and Third-Party Event Platforms
The Summit is delivered via Zoom Webinar. When you join the Summit, Zoom's own privacy practices apply to data collected within their platform. We encourage you to review Zoom's Privacy Policy.
Brillionaires LLC is not responsible for Zoom's data practices. Zoom may collect your name, email, IP address, device information, and event participation data. By joining the Summit via Zoom, you consent to Zoom's terms.
